Hi. My name is Sue Ellen Wenthe. I am 69 years old and have been married to Lawrence Wenthe for 42 years. We have 1 daughter, Katy, her husband, Danny, and 4 grandchildren, Alana, Lauren, Caleb, Madilyn and one due November 20th.

I started my journey to become a Parish Ministry Associate in January of 2021. Completed and received my certificate in March 2024. I have been a member of Gloria Dei in Lucas for 40 years. I have served on the altar Guild, baked bread, been a lector and whatever duties that we have needed done.

Beginning in 2021 I started scheduling pulpit supply for not only Gloria Dei but also Immanuel in Wilson, KS. These two churches have shared a pastor for years. I have provided pulpit supply for these two churches since then along with another PMA.

This is a great honor and a sacred duty to share the gospel, which I do not take lightly. I will do my best to serve each and everyone of you. Thank you for your time. If you have more questions, I would be happy to answer them.
